Spring is a great time to do a cleanse, but some cleanses aren’t particularly safe when you are trying to get pregnant. A lot of popular cleanses today involve fasting or just drinking juices/water, which can be draining to the vital energies needed to get pregnant. I was reading your blog about fertility friendly cleanse and wanted to ask you what is your opinion about herbal tampons to help with partially opne fallopian tubes?
Thanks for your question. I have had some patients use these herbal tampons but I have to say that in my, limited, experience I have not seen them work. They are not something we recommend at the YinOva Center. If the tubes are only slightly blocked it’s sometimes possible to unblock them with a combination of Mayan Fertility Massage and Chinese herbs taken orally. Hope this helps
