17 Exercises we’d be better off without for 2013
We are well on our way into 2013!
Below are some helpful suggestions from the Spiritual Nutrition Council on the 17 exercises that have proven to be contrary to heart health. Extensive research has shown that they tend to block the flow. So, if you or anyone you know has been packing on the weight with these exercises – it is not too late to get heart-wise! The council says that by deleting these exercises from our regimens, we would add precious hours to our days and life to our living! Another recent study found that dropping these exercises also enhances our vision and awareness. I can see clearly now!

- Pushing your luck
- Spinning your wheels
- Twisting the truth
- Adding fuel to the fire
- Passing the buck
- Hurling insults
- Climbing the walls (unless it’s a rock wall, of course)
- Beating your own drum
- Dragging your heels
- Jumping on the bandwagon
- Wallowing in self pity
- Grasping at straws
- Beating your head against the wall
- Fishing for compliments
