The Yinova Center is focused on keeping our sense of community alive and well during this unprecedented time. We feel the best way to get through this is to get through it together. There are many instructor-led videos on YouTube that are great for the self-practice of yoga, breathwork, and meditation; but our goal is to offer a space that connects everyone at the same time allowing for a more communal feel.
In order to bring people together while still being distanced, Yinova’s Structural Integrationist, Jessa Zinn, is going to be holding weekly Sangha gatherings. Sangha is the Sanskrit word for community, assembly, or company: it’s all about awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony, and love.
We hope you’ll join us in our Sangha of friends practicing meditation together. Our focus will be on bringing about and maintaining awareness. Now is the time to turn our attention inwards while allowing our balanced energy to project outwards.
These gatherings are free and will be held every Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm EST. The sessions will be 2o minutes in length and will be held on Zoom, which is free to download!
