Meixian Huang, LAc, MS

Meixian Huang is a practitioner and educator of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is a doctoral candidate at the Five Branches University, with a clinical focus on fertility, menstruation, menopause, gastrointestinal health, emotional well-being, pain management, and healthy aging.

Mei’s clinical perspective is grounded in extensive training in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and massage therapy. She completed two years of clinical internship with Dr. Henry McCann, with an emphasis on Master Tung acupuncture, and trained at Dr. Misha Cohen’s clinic, gaining experience in supportive acupuncture care for patients with cancer. She also completed an externship at Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China.

As a faculty member at Pacific College of Health and Science, Mei is also dedicated to teaching and mentoring future practitioners of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Her practice reflects a belief in treating the whole person and creating a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard and cared for.

Mei combines the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with an integrative perspective, recognizing the value of both traditional and modern approaches to health. Her goal is to help each patient better understand their body and develop a sustainable path toward greater balance, vitality, and well-being.
