  • Sarah Lehman, Front Desk Manager

    Sarah Lehman, pilates instructor nycSarah Lehman is the Front Desk Manager at The YinOva Center. She received her BFA from the Ohio State University where she studied dance performance and choreography as well as pre-physical therapy. As a certified Pilates teacher, Sarah incorporates her extensive knowledge of the moving body with the discipline of Joseph Pilates to teach her students how to exercise safely, efficiently and effectively. Continuing in this theme, she is currently studying at the Teachers College of Columbia University working towards a Masters degree in Applied Physiology of Exercise.

    At The YinOva Center, Sarah is grateful for a career that affords her balance between her inclination for quality, caring service and her love of exercise and movement.
  • Larhonde Sealey, Front Desk Associate

    LarHondeRESIZEbioLarhonde Sealy has been a part of the YinOva Family for a little under a year now. She was born in Georgetown, but grew up in the Bahamas. She’s traded in the sunny skies and sandy beaches for New York’s Concrete Jungle, and is loving it so far! She is currently perusing her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. In her spare time, Larhonde loves going to concerts, trying new restaurants, and dying her hair every color under the sun! 

  • Leah Wachtel, Front Desk Associate

    LeahWRESIZEbioLeah has been with the YinOva team for over a year. She graduated from the State University at New Paltz, with a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Leah plans to pursue her Masters in Psychology, focusing on social theories and relationships.

  • Cat Wheelehan, Front Desk Associate

    CatWRESIZEbioCat started at the YinOva Center in May 2014. She originally hails from Virginia, and made her big move to the city in October 2013 after receiving her BA in Theatre from Virginia Commonwealth University. Cat is currently pursuing a career in musical theatre, and is thankful to the YinOva Center for playing a major part in helping her transition to life in New York! In her spare time, Cat enjoys reading, writing, watching stand-up comedy, and going to see live music.
